Lovely atmosphere in the Spa. Receptionist was so pleasant and helpful. ​ Lindsay gave me one if the best massages I've had. My back and shoulders felt great after it. Lindsey was so nice. Felt really relaxed having treatment

Absolutely enjoyed my experience left feeling happy and relaxed staff are lovely and welcoming definitely would recommend everyone to go to the crowne plaza I know I will return again in the future five stars from me
