Venue was in a good location with free parking . It needs a refurbishment- so, even though it’s a decent hotel chain, this one has been neglected. The treatment however was very good

The room was warm and the music soft and relaxing. Emma was lovely, giving me time to get comfortable before the treatment. The back and neck massage was great, Emma asked if the pressure was okay for me, so that she could get it just right. The leg and foot massage was vey relaxing, I almost fell asleep! I have been before and will return.
