Staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was a nice relaxing atmosphere in the reception and treatment room. Sam was great and I thoroughly enjoyed both my back massage and facial.

My aromatherapy was wonderful! The ambience in the room was muted and soothing, very relaxing. The highlights of the massage for me were the neck, back & shoulders and the reflexology foot massage. I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep. I floated home. Booked in for another one next month, hooray!!

The salon itself was really nice & Jac was professional & really nice explained everything & made me feel really relaxed. My only negative would be the health club area the pool area looked really dirty & needs a revamp in comparison to the reception area it was very grubby & not on the same level as the rest of the hotel.
