My overall experience of the spa was fantastic, all staff very friendly and welcoming.
Cara my therapist was very experienced and attentive and put me at ease straight away. I thoroughly enjoyed my whole experience at the spa, so much so that I have purchased another voucher for the same two treatments and will be returning in the New Year.

This was the first time at the Spa at Crown Plaza but it definitely won't be my last. From start to finish the service was excellent and the treatments were fantastic. My therapist Ahlam was thorough/ experienced and made the whole experience very relaxing
