Therapist was so good at the massage - particularly the feet reflexology part of the treatment. Also she made me feel relaxed and happy. Sometimes my experience has not been as good on other hotels. She was professional - explained what was happening clearly and ensured my visit was a positive experience

I had a lovely manicure from Jac. She was very friendly & chatty but also very professional. She discussed how & what I wanted. She cut my nails, filed them and then treated the cuticles. The hand & arm massage was wonderful, very relaxing. She took her time and applied all the appropriate coats of polish. Three days later & no chips......fantastic!!
