The spa area was closed just got sent through to the pool area to pick up robes and towels, got a shout at the pool side to go for our treatments, afternoon tea was ok, I have been to this spa on many occasions with many of my friends and can say I won’t be back any time soon totally disappointed and also had to pay an extra £10 for a Friday ( not sure why this is )

Both myself and husband visited on the 24th October. Staff were so welcoming and knowledgable. We really enjoyed our hot stone massage so much so we have booked for a return visit. Would highly recommend
