Really lovely facial and felt a million miles away from where I actually was.....right outside reception practically but the treatment room was so peaceful and calming and the price I paid for an hour treatment was brilliant value for what I got. Will definitely be back!

Great experience, the receptionist was lovely and friendly and chatted to me before my appointment. Cara was great, really enjoyed my facial, I told her I was pregnant so she used the appropriate oils. The room as well was lovely and clean and very relaxing.

I had a massage whilst staying at the brown plaza and it was amazing! The only thing I would say was the room was a little cold. It would have been better if it was warmer, even with a heated blanket! Overall it was great x
