I went in with a very tight upper back, neck and shoulders which have been giving me tension headaches for a few days. After carefully listening to all this information, Iris set to work very thoroughly and showing great experience and knowledge. She also did some gentle mobilisations that helped a lot in releasing all the tension I had in my upper back. She was caring and made me feel relaxed and in a safe pair of hands. All on all a great experience and I can wait to be back!
