She was incredibly friendly and welcoming! Without giving too much detail, she was very thorough and ensured every hair was gone! I also changed my mind mid-way through to go for Hollywood instead of a Brazillian which was no problem and she did not charge me more. Just a very relaxing and professional experience considering how uncomfortable waxing usually is.
