Just a quick note of thanks, having used lots of salons around the globe. On both occasions I have used the salon, the service has been excellent from Almudena. She delivered a no fuss, very relaxing service with excellent results. The price is good too. All done in a friendly atmosphere

I got a wax at Ritual Massage and Beauty. The salon was clean and welcoming but I had a terrible experience. My therapist constantly commented on the thickness and strength of my hair, making me feel very self conscious. I can't help how my hair grows! She made me feel bad about my at-home grooming techniques despite me saying I couldn't afford regular waxing. The process also took ages which is something I've not experienced before at my hometown salon. I felt rubbish for the rest of the day.
