Rita did an incredible job at my wax, I felt comfortable the minute I walked into her room. She suggested wax strips for me, and the Hollywood was near painless. The wax was not too hot and was reasonably quick. I wish she would have tweezed the finer hairs on my legs that did not come off with the wax though as there were a few strays when I left, but I absolutely recommend Rita and her services!
