Have been here before & the beauty therapists are always lovely. The lady who did my wax was kind and had a nice talk with her during my wax too. Salon’s always clean & my wax is usually as painless as possible!

This was literally the worst massage I’ve ever had. The woman was clearly not qualified and ignored my multiple polite requests for adjustments to what she was doing. A much better member of staff came in and took over but it was still subpar. The room was so tiny that the therapist could barely move, they used a really cheap oil, it was just bad all around. I really don’t expect much for a massage at the cheap end of the market but this was worse than my already managed expectations.
