The salon was severely understaffed yet they were still taking bookings on the day. I was seen 40 mins after the booking time. The ‘no card payments under £30’ rule also made the experience disappointing.

Lady seemed like she could not be bothered, she did not apply any cream after, when I got home eyebrow shape was uneven

The wax was quick and fairly painless. The lady was nice, but they were running late (which seems to be a common issue given past reviews) hence I had to wait for 20/25 mins before my turn. The closest cash mashine charges for withdrawals so make sure to get cash before arriving in the area.
