Have been coming for years now due to location and low prices. However the appointments always seem rushed and the waxing very painful. Could use a bit more care as I often have to point out that the wax is too hot, and I have had my appointment time altered after booking on more than one occasion.

They saw me at short notice and they saw me straight away even though I arrived early. Wax was efficient and relatively painless. The therapist was very nice.
