The venue was shabby with ripped sofas. The therapist did not inspect my skin or ask questions about any issues as is typical for a dermalogica facial. She seemed inexperienced and worked too close to the eye area, at one point poking me in the eye. The steam machine did not work effectively. She did not do extractions properly as would be done in a full dermalogica facial. Nothing positive to report. Would not recommend or go again myself.
