She threaded my eyebrows without asking, when I’d booked a wax. I don’t thread my eyebrows because my skin is too sensitive - and sure enough, the next morning I went to a client breakfast with puffy red eyebrows. They are also uneven; she tried twice to fix it and if she kept changing them they’d be too thin, so we left it, but they’re slightly uneven and I would never again pay for a service here after that.

Unsatisfactory. Place looked dirty and massage therapist barely applied pressure. Booked in for aromatherapy but there was no “aroma”. Had to wait 15 minutes.

Nice staff and generally good treatment. The card machine had a slightly odd £31 limit and I couldn’t get cash out anywhere nearby but the manager allowed me to pay by card even though my treatment only cost £25.
