This was literally the worst massage I’ve ever had. The woman was clearly not qualified and ignored my multiple polite requests for adjustments to what she was doing. A much better member of staff came in and took over but it was still subpar. The room was so tiny that the therapist could barely move, they used a really cheap oil, it was just bad all around. I really don’t expect much for a massage at the cheap end of the market but this was worse than my already managed expectations.

I'd heard great things about Riddhis Beauty Clinic from a friend, but I was kept waiting for 35 minutes after my appointment time until I was called in for treatment. When everyone who was waiting was asked for the time of their appointments, the girl next to me said 6:30pm (mine was at 6:15pm) and she was called in before me and had left even before I got called in. When I eventually got asked in the girl put a fan on which meant that the wax went everywhere. She never let the wax dry fully (or the wax wasn't very good) so every time she went to take it off it took a couple of gos meaning it was unbelievably painful and took so long. Having waited so long, I was hoping at least it would have been a quick, good service. Disappointing
