Eyebrow threading was great, I can't fault them on that. Best threading I have had in a while, shape is perfect and it was quick and painless. The waxing on the other hand was extremely painful. The lady was lovely and trying her best but the quality of the wax was terrible and I was in agony, the treated area was also really sore and painful for at least 48 hours. There was also a lot of hair left when I checked and growth has returned within 3 days due to the hair not being pulled out of the root and not against the growth of the hair - which is how waxing should be done. I will return for my eyebrows but never again for a Hollywood wax.

I had a dermologica mini-facial. Te experience itself was fine but not in the most peaceful/ambient of surroundings. The results were good however - I had lots of compliments on my skin the following week so would definitely go back.
