The venue is basic, clean and most importantly, staff are lovely and polite. Quick with the Hollywood wax and pretty efficient. May be worth doing a once over with tweezers for any ingrown hairs as girls often get this after a wax. Overall, satisfied and have bought a voucher for the next visit.

Hidden gem of London! Don't be fulled by the exterior, as soon as you go downstairs the salon and staff are lovely. Without a doubt the best wax I've ever had!

The threading was good but the dye was everywhere, usually there's a bit round the edge but there was a lot. Lovely staff though just could have been a lot neater with the dye.

It was a bit hard to find the venue at first, but my experience was overall really pleasant. I have got a full arm waxing and I was happy with the result.

I anticipated receiving a back, neck and shoulder massage. However, the massage was very basic and covered instead mostly lower back and buttocks. I assumed I would have been asked about any target areas prior to the massage but this did not happen. Throughout the massage I felt progressively more uncomfortable with the areas being covered at length. I left feeling slightly humiliated. I will not be booking this type of treatment again.
