Great service. She uses oil before waxing which reduces pain massively. One month on and hair growth is minimal so it definitely works.

They were running behind as they were short staffed. I had to wait an hour for my treatment. This was partly because the member of staff spent longer on a previous customer and partly because they didn't see us in order.
They need to be more organised - let your customers know you're running late and make sure you know who's next to be treated! Or maybe just ask your customer if you're not sure.
I kept coming back to this place as I really like the eyebrow threading results, but I think it's time to look for a new place. Especially as their prices have now gone up. Thank you for your services :)
