Customer service is great. Waxig was quick and not painful but the job was not done properly, some hair was left.

The after effect was fine but the service was pretty slow and I had wax all over my legs after, although have asked to remove but don't think it was particularly thorough. Probably won't go back again unless absolutely desperate. It's not worth the price, especially without treatwell, it's £35 for a brazilian but the facilities don't match up to that.
