I have been twice now. The first time I thought it was decent and bearing in mind the price couldn't complain too much as it is much cheaper than other places. The second time I was booked in for 1pm, they asked me to change y booking to 12.30pm which I did. I arrived at the salon and was not seen until 12.45 (I was on my lunch break so had limited time). The was ok, they put a fan on which means that the wax blows everywhere and often gets stuck to your legs and I had to point out several times that it was much hotter than it should be, but was told it was fine and not much was done to cool it done. It took 20 mins but wasn't particularly thorough and not all hair was removed. Overall, an adequate job but have had much better.
