Wax was still very sticky when pulling it off, she did not leave it to dry then pull off, also when finished she left a lot of wax on me still.

The lady was quick and did a good job. Was also teaching me about how many weeks I should wait between so I time my appointments right which was appreciated. I haven't spaced it out enough in the past.
