The place is tired and not very clean, but from what I understand they are moving to a new premises imminently. The staff gave me a very warm welcome, and were very professional throughout the treatment. The Hollywood was probably the best one I've ever had and was virtually pain free. Overall, I am very happy and will re-visit .

The specialist was really good she did a good job, though a bit in a hurry, but overall I had a good service. If you are going for a fancy place you are going to be a bit disappointed, from the picture shown on the app you can't see it properly.
Though in case of need was a good service for an honest price (considering you are in Aldgate East)
