Loved the music and the quality of the wax. I felt very at ease and felt in safe hands with the beautician. The only thing that could improve would be a wipe down after the wax with some kind of oil (as I've experienced at other salons) to help get rid of any leftover wax as I did have to pick some of this off myself. Otherwise fantastic value for money and I would come again and will recommend to friends!

The therapist was so friendly and greeted me a great smile. She was a very nice lady. The place was clean and had everything it needed. The wax sadly could of used some improvement. I only noticed when I got home but quite a few hairs left over and discovered later that night that I had a bit of bruising as well.

Whilst the treatment I had was good, I can’t rate the salon highly because everything else was sadly not good. The whole place needs redecorating and a thorough clean. The therapists were watching TV and ignored me in the room for 10 minutes. Need to remember people are paying for a service you’re not doing them a favor.
