Salon was grubby and the treatment room was tiny, so small the lady had to reach over me to wax my other side, which was uncomfortable. I had to lay half hanging off the bed because there was a big fan at the end of the bed that I couldn't put my feet up, such an odd place for a fan. I cant even imagine what it would be like if I was getting more than my underarms waxed.
When I arrived the lady was just sitting on her phone with her feet up on the chair. Staff were disinterested and didn't say anything.
