Despite having booked an appointment, I was left waiting for 15-20 minutes - all while walk-in customers were seen before me. The staff did not actually acknowledge me when I walked in, or apologise for the wait. The actual treatment was fine itself, the colour range was extensive and the finish was good.

Smells very strong of chemicals, needs better insolation. Customer care is not satisfactory too busy to keep an eye on customer. We had to finish off our nails ourselves. Very chaotic and disorganised. Dirty towels on the massage/beauty table. Dirty instruments and chairs.
