Called up earlier in the day to try re-schedule my appointment, they did this with no problems whatsoever.
Manicure has really good, last time lasted nearly three weeks!

I changed my appointment which the team were happy to do, however I felt rushed out and the nails didn't have enough time to dry so were smudged. Which is a shame as I've always enjoyed coming here. I was also told that because of the length of my nails I needed to pay extra which wasn't told to me before when I booked. As a result I was told to pay £40 instead of £30 when the manager had left. If it was this much I would've gone to my old salon. Unfortunately, I will not come back.
