Had to wait 20 mins even though I’d booked a time slot. They were quite busy so my manicure felt a bit rushed and not particularly relaxing.

My manucure was great, well done and quickly but I waited almost half an hour before being taken care of so the appointment time was not respected. But people are nice

Felt a little chaotic. It was busy when I went, but still felt a little left behind, despite having an appointment. Had different people work on my nails. would still like to give them another go though, as they seemed to have some techs who were on the ball, and they were very good about asking what I'd like.
