The beautician was very lovely and friendly. Probably the most pain free and efficient wax I've had, but was left with several hairs still. Also, the room is very small and the door opens in such a way that if you are lying on the bed you are exposed to two or three people getting pedicures. No towel was given to me to hide under after I got changed.

It's certainly a no thrills establishment but the staff are friendly, did a great job on my nails and was great value for the work involved. I'd go again for sure!
