The salon is chaotic at best - it's predominantly a nail salon and the waxing room is almost like a little broom cupboard at the back. Although I had an appointment I had to wait almost 15mins. The treatment felt very rushed since they were so busy and I was left with loads of unsightly wax on my legs afterwards, which took a while to scrub off when I got home. The technician also missed a few patches of hair. I would not recommend this salon for waxing.
