I’ve known Gemma for a couple of years and she has been absolutely wonderful in a number of treatments, facials, waxing and massages. She is extremely capable and knowledgeable and has provided valuable advice over the years on several skin issues. Most of all she is a gentle, kind and absolutely lovely person, who effortlessly puts her customers at ease. I feel very lucky to have found her.
