Hello, If you're looking for a down to earth and knowledgable practitioner, and curious about somatic energetic healing - you've come to the right place. My trainings have taken me across the world from India to Mexico, and I specialise in working with energy. The highs and lows that we all feel fascinate me, and my true passion is to help others normalise listening to their own ever-changing bodies and emotions. All practices I offer aid somatic and energetic healing (yes, even facials!). Sessions can range from being deeply relaxing to allowing for emotional releases (coin-dropping realisations, allowing space for unresolved emotions to surface) which result in achieving more peace and healing for the body.
