The beautician is lovely and efficient. The salon is a bit tired and is downstairs (no windows!) but I think she's due to move locations soon anyway. It's an expensive wax but she doesn't use strips like some places do, even when you've booked for a hot wax! Also, it is as close to pain free as a wax can get!

Genuinely the least painful wax I have ever had and leaves the skin very smooth and isn’t red or sore afterwards. I would highly recommend.
