The staff are always lovely here and yes it’s true what they say that the wax is a lot less painful than other places I have visited - however this is the second time I’ve gone and have left with hairs dotted around. Quite annoying paying £40 for a Hollywood and then noticing the next day lots of hairs that have been missed. Even if they are fine they should have been removed
