Came out feeling 10years younger
On 07 August 2024, I decided to start my weight loss journey weighing in at 15.9. It took me a while to have the willpower and courage to start Ozempic. Scared, yes I was! I was recommended Raquel who was very supportive and explained thoroughly what I needed to do. I bought jabs from her for a year and changed over to Mounjaro when I started to plateau.
Today I weigh 11.4 stone and have gone from a size 18 (which was tight - I was in denial going up a size) and now I’m a comfortable size 12.
I am no longer on the jabs and exercise twice a week and have changed my mind-set with regards to nutrition!
Highly recommended.
