Could not be a better salon - very relaxed but totally client focused. Salon much bigger than you would initially expect but despite being exteremly busy I wasn't rushed at all and the whole team, not just my own therapist, couldn't have done more to make me feel relaxed and welcome. For a city centre salon, parking is not a problem with on street parking always available. Def recommend.

So pleased with my Shellac nails from Courtney! She was really friendly and good to chat to and did a really nice job, taking the time to make sure each nail was perfect and that I was happy. She even went the extra mile, adding tips to 2 of my nails that had broken so they were all a nice even length! There was a good range of colours and glitters to choose from. Would definitely get my nails done again here.

Absolutely excellent - hands down the best wax experience I've ever had! Although there was a slight mix up with my booking in the diary, I was accommodated for immediately which I actually wasn't expecting. The upstairs hair and nail area was buzzing with clients (which is a good sign!), and I was taken downstairs for my treatment into a very peaceful, relaxing room. The therapist let me get ready in my own time and get comfortable - it was really very calming after a busy morning!
The treatment itself was fantastic, and I don't think it's too often that you can say that about a wax! It was done incredibly thoroughly with lots of lovely chat to keep my mind off any more painful bits, but actually there was very little pain! This could be due to the Lycon wax, which is what my therapist advised (so I'd definitely recommend opting for this), but I also think she did a really good job and knew what she was doing.
I left feeling great, rebooked in for around a month's time. One week later and I've had minimal hair growth still! Brilliant - would definitely go here for all my treatments! Can't wait to go back.

Delighted with my shellac nail polish. First time this has ever lasted two weeks without chipping!!! Therapist excellent! Pleasant and very helpful advising me on colours. My nails have been admired frequently. Disappointed that I have to that it needs to be removed for work. Will definitely go back. Planning now to get my hair cut there too!!!
