went in with 20" asked for the ends to be cut off and LOTS of VOLUME, I've left with 12" in a bob style (I HATE BOBS) +NO VOLUME. was advised I need to grow out my UNDERCUT to have LAYERS at the CROWN! I'm SO UPSET!

I 100% recommend coming to this salon. All of the workers are friendly and kind. I’ve had multiple horror stories from other salons but this place restored my faith in hairdressers. I will without a doubt come back. Thank you so much for a great experience.
