went in with 20" asked for the ends to be cut off and LOTS of VOLUME, I've left with 12" in a bob style (I HATE BOBS) +NO VOLUME. was advised I need to grow out my UNDERCUT to have LAYERS at the CROWN! I'm SO UPSET!
