The staff were lovely and very friendly upon entering. Laura did a lovely job on my tired tootsies and hands. Ellie treated my face to a lovely facial and the massage part of it was lovely and relaxing. Exactly what my pregnant body needed. the therapist i had for the facial was brilliant. friendly, personable and she was very experienced. she added her own signature neck and shoulder massage to the treatment which was one of the best.
