Best experience. Salons are way out of my comfort zone but I was made to feel really welcome by Lauren. Lauren , was fantastic such a great hairdresser, I will book my next visit with her, she's really professional and her attitude towards the customer is amazing, great communication from start to finish and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Really happy with my colour, another three days until I can wash off the keratin treatment but fingers crossed it lives up to its reputation.
