Another excellent set of treatments at Retreat. Meticulous manicure and pedicure with normal polish, my nails look fabulous. The O2 facial was so relaxing and skin looks clear and plump. The Indian head massage was the best part, super relaxing, pampering and sent me to sleep. Absolute bliss. Thank you so much Jo.

This is a difficult review to write and especially because Treatwell only allows it to have up to 500 characters. My appointment commenced 35 minutes late (coincidentally I arrived 35 minutes early because I was concerned about road closures on Plaistow Lane). I was given a free upgrade because of that, but the Japanese head spa service was enormously underwhelming. The water was hardly used and my hair wasn’t even combed. The 15-minute massage on my lower legs and arms was the best part.
