First time having a facial at Retreat and it was a fantastic experience. Gemma is really friendly and knowledgeable, she walked me through the treatment before we started and discussed any skin issues and asked what products I currently use. It was very relaxing and my skin looked amazing.

Booked last minute and had an amazing relaxing massage. Pressure was great and Fatima listened to what I wanted paying attention to. Atmosphere in the room is lovely with just the right amount of scent from the candles.
