I am beyond disappointed with this establishment. I purchased a deep tissue massage through classpass. Checked my classpass before I left the house, took a train for 1 hr. Showed up and they said they cannot accept me as they are double booked. They said they emailed me, but there is no email! I asked them to cancel my appointment, then I received the email. If they would have bothered to cancel my appontment rather than “emailing me” (if they really did) I would not have left the house and spent money on trains. I cannot believe how irresponsible they are. Will never book anything from them again.
Oh yea, there is the part where they said they can instead do a facial, which I don’t need and want.

Absolutely wonderful experience.So professional and friendly such an amazing relaxing atmosphere.Can’t thank Fran enough for my treatment.The whole experience was fabulous.Will be back very soon.
