my treatment was £36 when I got their manager said the it would cost £48 because they cut after the perm so my hair was on my shoulders not short. I refused to pay and opted for just a hair cut then the manager said she would get into trouble but she would do it for the money booked. My hair cut was good my perm was fine but when I asked for a blow-dry the assistant said she didn't understand why I wanted a blow dry when I just had a perm and to have tongs it would be another£24 for curly Discusting
