Went in for. £12 cut, which I had to sort out myself when I got home (cut bits off to make it even!) The stylist after cutting said 'just going to quickly dry to see if it's enough off' when I got to the till to pay I was charged £3 extra for the 'dry' even though I was not told this was extra at the time, after a discussion with a manager who said iam just a manager and told what to do and couldn't find the 'rough dry charge' on the paper price list!!!

Sophie gave me an excellent blow dry, and finished with a straightener to ensure my curls stayed fresh for a photoshoot later that morning. She was lovely to chat to, and she really put in the extra effort to make sure I was happy with the end result.

Good haircut and fast efficient service. Like being able to book in advance so you don’t have to wait. Only reason I can’t give it 5 stars yet is because if you pay in advance through treatwell they don’t seem to get the message and have to check, so makes it a bit awkward when they ask you to pay again. Staff are friendly though.

Mnager there promised me I could go around 5.30 to 5.45. Two days later than my first visit there, I arrived at 5.40 because I couldn't make it earlier as I explained in my first visit. The person who needed to do my hair was gone and I was told to wait for her to come back. I waited for 20 min and then I was told they didn't have time to do my hair I needed to come back next day at the same time. I said I couldn't make it and it would be the same. Manager rang me the same day to goagain Not happy atall
