Didn’t have service so basing review on what I can:
Appointment was cancelled day before for a reason I’m still not sure of, it was rescheduled for following day
Arrived next day and was told they couldn’t do service as they didn’t have equipment but could offer an alternative- which wasn’t really an alternative as I booked for dermaplaning and they could only offer deep cleanse
Staff were lovely but seemed unconfident and in what they could actually tell me.

The massage was good and the therapist was lovely. However, they only massaged the back side of my body, not the front, despite it being a full body massage. I especially circled my shins in the formular given to me before the massage, but they barely touched them. Also, I circled my lower back, but I feel like more attention could have been given.

Was ok basically a massage on your belly. Didnt have any instructions on what to do before e.g drink water etc only knew when arrived. Room could have been abit more cozy felt very clinical. Glad i didnt pay full price to see what the treatment entailed prob wouldnt have again.
