Absolutely rubbish the venue has moved I wasn’t even informed I was waiting outside no answer it’s only when I read reviews and there was a mobile contact number and I called only to be told they have moved what a waste of time I took special time out paid for a babysitter cost me a fortune and wasn’t even satisfied really poor service and communication

I went there for my appointment and the place was shut down. I rang the bell and call their phone number several time, but no answer. Then I sent an email and someone replied 'We did inform you that we have moved, we are no longer at that premises. Please call on 07445911999 if you want to book an appointment.'. Unfortunately nobody informed me of that change and all the emails and reminder I previously received were still listing the old address. So I lost a morning of work for this appointment, they even didn't apologies for the damage caused and eventually never came back to me since then.

I have been left with burns and scratch like marks on my face, that haven't gone down 4 days post treatment. I know this is not a normal symptom of the treatment, although they are telling me it is and I'm really unhappy that I've come away with worse off skin then I started with.
