The therapist was nice but it took 65 minutes to do a half leg wax. Even then there were still some patches. She was lovely but got sense that she was new to waxing
The staff was not professional nor organized. I opened the door to the receptionist’s kids being very loud and all over the place, so loud she had to lock them in a room! After filling out the entry form, i had to give my consent to perform the treatment that no one bothered to explain in detail. I just knew I had booked a cellulite treatment but i wasn’t made aware of the procedure. After waiting in the room, the therapist advised the treatment would be painful but it was not. I think that the value is low because instead of 35 minutes of treatment, i just got 20. Not happy with the experience but I think, if done properly, the treatment could work.

I have had alot of waxing treatments but this was by far the worst. First of all, they took me in over half an hour late. When I walked in the beautician was lovely and apologised but informed me she was trained in laser and the waxing beautician had left the week before. I had to ask her to wax parts of my legs that she had missed (10x10cm) more than once. She also did not wax to the top of my legs Also, I had waxed dropped all over my legs throughout the treatment which the beautician could not get off. As a result when I turned over, the paper towel I was laying on stuck to my legs. I walked out an hour and a half later with wax and paper towel stuck all over my legs. Whilst the beautician was very polite and apologetic it was not a pleasant experience at all and do not wish it upon anyone. As a result, I went home and had to spend over an hour epilating my legs I would not recommend going here for a wax of any sort.

Turned up for my appointment at 11.30 only to find the salon closed. Called the phone numbers available with no response. Highly disappointed as I travelled in the heat to attend this appointment on time. Would not recommend!
