I had a great experience. Louise was fantastic, combining friendliness and professionalism, clearly and patiently explaining the lash treatment process to me as someone who hadn't had it before. I was really pleased with the brow wax. In the end, I'm not sure the lash treatment was right for me, but that's no reflection of Louise's abilities, just of my stumpy lashes! Looking forward to making this my regular brow spot at least.
